Return and Exchange Policy

At Ignition Art Store, we take immense pride in the quality and packaging of our automotive art. Because our products are premium art pieces, we do not offer returns based on "change of mind" or personal dislike.
We offer replacements/exchanges ONLY in the unfortunate event that the item has been received in a damaged condition during transit.
Please read the policy below carefully. By purchasing from our website/Instagram store, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
We only accept requests for exchange under the following condition:

The physical product (frame, canvas, or print) is damaged, broken, or torn upon arrival.

You have adhered to the Mandatory Unboxing Video guideline (see Section 2).
Note: Minor colour variations between the screen and the physical print are common in art printing and are not considered defects/damage.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy
To ensure transparency and protect against fraudulent claims, a complete, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any damage claim to be considered.
Your video must meet the following criteria:

Start before opening: Show the package from all sides clearly to prove the outer seal/packaging was not tampered with before you started recording.

Label Visibility: The shipping label with your details must be clearly visible in the video.

Continuous Shot: The video must be a single, uncut, continuous clip from the moment you cut the tape/seal until you take the product out and inspect it.

Show the Damage: If you find damage, zoom in and clearly show the defect in the same video.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: If you fail to provide an unboxing video, or if the video is cut/edited, your claim will be instantly rejected. No exceptions will be made.
3. Reporting Timeline (The "48-Hour Rule")
Time is of the essence. You must report the issue to us within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp recorded by our courier partner.

Example: If the product is delivered on 1st January at 2:00 PM, you must email us/DM us by 3rd January at 2:00 PM.

Requests made after 48 hours will not be entertained.
4. The Exchange Process
If your product is damaged and you have the required video proof, follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at [ignitionart.store@gmail.com] or DM us on Instagram with your Order ID.

Attach Proof: Attach the unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged area.

Verification: Our team will review the footage. This usually takes 24-48 hours.

Resolution:

If approved, we will dispatch a brand new replacement of the same product to you at no extra cost.

We will arrange for a reverse pickup of the damaged product if required.

5. Refund Policy
Our primary resolution for damaged goods is a free replacement. A monetary refund will only be initiated if:

We are unable to provide a replacement (e.g., the specific artwork is out of stock).

The replacement cannot be shipped within a reasonable timeframe (7-10 working days).
In such cases, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-7 business days as per Indian banking norms.
