At Ignition Art Store, we understand the excitement of receiving your new automotive art. We partner with India’s leading logistics providers to ensure your order arrives safe, secure, and on time.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Since our products are premium art pieces that require careful handling and packaging, we do not ship immediately upon clicking "buy."

Processing Time: All orders are processed, quality-checked, and packed within 4 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Business Days: Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once your order is dispatched from our facility, the estimated delivery time depends on your location within India:

Metro Cities: 5 to 7 business days.

Rest of India: 7 to 10 business days.

Remote/J&K/North East: May take up to 12 business days depending on courier accessibility.
Please note: While we aim to deliver within these timelines, unforeseen delays due to weather, strikes, or courier operational issues are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat shipping/handling fee of ₹99 applies to all COD orders. (Note to you: If you don't want to charge for COD, just remove the COD bullet point).
4. Order Tracking
Once your package is handed over to our courier partner (BlueDart/Delhivery/Xpressbees), you will receive:

An email/SMS with the Tracking ID and the courier company’s name.

A direct link to track the live status of your shipment.
Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving the tracking number for the status to update on the courier's website.
5. Packaging
We take "Ignition" seriously—but we take safety more seriously. Your art is packed in [mention packaging, e.g., heavy-duty card tubes or multi-layer bubble wrap with hard casing] to ensure it withstands the journey without a scratch.
6. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
Ignition Art Store is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Please ensure your Phone Number and Pin Code are correct.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
7. Damaged Upon Delivery?
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Remember, you must record an Unboxing Video immediately upon receiving the package to claim a replacement for transit damage.
